We help families and funeral homes with video services for loved ones who can’t attend the service or want to capture the service as a memorial.
Our live-streaming video package includes:
- Camera Operator
- Lighting and Mics
- Custom Overlays for livestream
- Convert Obituary to Flipbook (work with the graphic designer)
- Mobile high speed hot spots if needed
- Livestream on Facebook(with an event on our company page) and Youtube
- Work with Funeral Director to have livestream link on their website
- Create a post event memorial video
Fee for virtual production range from $600 to $1500 and is determined on the number of services prefer. The details of your fee will be outlined in your contract.
Corporate Events/ Non Profit
Virtual and/or Hybrid events: Town Halls, Orientation, Engagement Activities, Celebrations. Services can be delivered as a “done for you” or train the trainer support.
Our Corporate virtual production process is simple:
- Discovery Session: Clarify the goals and experience expectation of virtual event.
- Proposal: Our Team will create a proposal for the event. Once approved
- Create a Project Plan: This detailed plan provides all of the details of the virtual event and will be used to guide the team
- Launch the event: execute the plan that was created
Virtual Event Consulting
Assist businesses to transition live events to virtual or hybrid events. Advice on best practices for managing a virtual or hybrid team. Also, provide consulting/coaching assistance for businesses that have not been able to adapt to a virtual solution.
